- TRAVEL TEAM UNIFORM INFORMATION FOR FALL 2007
- Travel uniforms will be available for purchase by
those players who are
rostered on a travel team and need a uniform. The NEW U10 uniforms will be available ONLY by contacting Susan Rosa at susancrosa@hotmail.com - You must contact her to purchase the uniform! U10 players will receive completed jersey from your Travel Coach.
- Older style Jerseys (U12-U14) are still
available at Athlete's Corner!
- (This only pertains to new/first-time SYSA travel team players in U-10 age divisions. If you/your child was on a 2006-2007 Travel Team, then you already have the uniform!
- However, should any previous SYSA Travel Team player need a new jersey, shorts, or socks--for whatever reason - THEN PLEASE READ ON!)
Official uniform requirements for SYSA FALL 2007 Travel Team competition are: soccer jersey (white, with blue trim, lettering, and numerals) soccer shorts (blue, with white trim) and soccer socks (blue, with white trim).
Importantly, NO SUBSTITUTIONS, DEVIATIONS, OR FACSIMILES WILL BE ALLOWED OR ACCEPTED FOR ON-FIELD COMPETITION. YOU MUST HAVE THE OFFICIAL SYSA JERSEY, SHORTS, AND SOCKS TO PARTICIPATE ON A SYSA TRAVEL TEAM.
The following procedure will be followed when purchasing the SYSA 2007-2008 Travel Team jersey
1. U10 JERSEYS - Contact Susan Rosa at: susancrosa@hotmail.com
Jerseys for U12-U14 only are still available at Athlete's Corner!
2. SHORTS: Select the soccer shorts that fit best. A fitting room is available within the store.
The shorts are all the same, you only need to consider size, as no names or numbers will be the shorts.
3. SOCKS: Official SYSA soccer socks are available year-round at "ATHLETE'S CORNER."
Pick out a pair, or pairs - using your players soccer shoe size as a benchmark. The socks will
be sized accordingly, and appropriately marked. The cost of a pair of official SYSA soccer socks
is approximately $4.50. A bit of advice... you may want to purchase two or three pairs.
